Review of Mundial Olivier Anquier 5-Inch Steak Knife with Serrated Edge

Having eaten steaks using henckels knives and few other big brands, i never understood the term, cuts like butter until i used this knife. I cooked a millet mignon, to medium rare with peppercorn crust. Started cutting at the start of the blade and as soon as it bypassed the crust, it really did cut same way as one would cut through butter.

Having used this knife at least a dozen times in the last 4 month, i can say that for the price i paid, it is trully a superior product.
