Review of J.A. Henckels Twin Gourmet 4-Piece Steak Set

My wife and I have been using another brand of steak knives for the last five years.About 6 months ago, we replaced the rest of our knife set with Henckles.We fell in love with them.They are a quality knife that really keeps its edge (when properly cared for).So, we broke down and bought the Hollow Edge Henckel steak knife set.They are everything that we could ask for.Even though we don't have more than a month of time with them, I highly recommend using them.I am sure they will keep the edge like the rest of the set we have.
