Instead, when you order the classic knives you get the identical ones with the stainless steel handles... If these are the first Shun knives you're ordering... no biggie... but if you're trying to complete a collection just be aware that they won't contact you before shipping the wrong knives so you'll have to deal with the return process if you want to fix it.Product Description
