I hesitated to buy these because the press was so good.All the really good knief sets are expensive aren't they?In a word NO!
These are great.
Sharp, they seem to be holding the edge, diswasher safe so far, and
they look good to.
I may buy a second set, I use these for every thing from cutting pbj to
the toughest cuts of meat.
