the blades are very nice, although I have yet to try and sharpen them which is really why I like nonserrated edges and why I bought these to begin with.the black handles look a little plastic to me, I like the more dull looking black handles.the weight is super light no you won't feel like you are cutting your steak with a bowie knife or anything.after a month, they are cutting through chicken and steak like butter still.good value seeing as they weren't that expensive.Product Description
