I have used Rada cutlery for a dozen years, after finding a tiny set at a hospital gift shop. I have given this cutlery as gifts for years, including to terrific cooks, who cherish their pieces. This cutlery is thin and lightweight, and may require an adjustment if you are used to heavy knives that pin your foot to the floor if you drop them.These knives are elegant, sharp and have a stainless blade that holds an edge well and is easy to care for. Style points are deducted for the aluminum handles, but the grip is secure and the construction (American design and manufacture) impeccable. Do not wash in dishwasher, as handles will discolor.
