I received my knife last week.I went right to work using it and my husband who has horrible osteoarthritis in his hands used it.It only took a very few minutes to find out we were cutting and chopping and not feeling that nasty tug in our joints.It really is a wonderful design and so far we have used it for the following: slicing french bread, slicing tomatoes, slicing potatoes,chopping green peppers,chopping onions,slicing ham and cooked chicken.
Congrats on developing a wonderful project.I will be sure to touch base as we use the knife for other foods.
