Review of Chicago Cutlery Walnut Signature 7-Piece Steak Knife Block Set

The blades are really sharp, a wonderful replacement for my old knives. Chicago Cutlery is quality cutlery. The only criticism, if there is one, is that the handles could have been sanded a little more.

Review of Chicago Cutlery Walnut Signature 4-Piece Steak Knife Set

Not a bad set here for the price.These knives really are VERY, VERY SHARP.My favorite thing about them is that they are NOT serrated blades... they effortlessly slice through meat like butter instead of tearing it apart.NICE.My only small issue with these is the wooden handles on them feel a lot lighter in your hand than my more expensive German knives, and on the set I received, they are a bit rough in some spots.(I might be able to smooth them out though.)Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for good, inexpensive steak knives.And the free shipping from Amazon was much faster than expected.Great!
